i think anyone can make that list. all u need to do is email the 45n5 guy. so that means. that he only got like 400 emails from people. that’s not very good. and he set up that list just to get traffic and hit the serps. worked out well for him, but that list is a joke. i was on there the first month after i set up bloggernoob. i think i made fun of johnchow too much and 45n5 guy got man and pulled my blog from that list. i made fun of his hero. boo hoo. now he’s trying to sell the script for that top 100 list. you’re a sucker if you buy shit online. pardon my french.

I have to agree with your comment on the 45n5 top 100 list. Geesh, most of them are crap. I’ve visited some of them and found that either the owner didn’t post for a week or the latest post was just recycled/copied from others’ ideas.

So many of these MMO blogs and especially the so called “guru” high-end blogs do not provide any use-able or hands-on information, and that leaves this niche wide open. I mean if you’re tagline is “Skills to pay the Bills” then I expect to see some skills mentioned in at least some of the posts?!? How bout that top blogger who cannot seem to use punctuation or correct grammar in his posts to save his life? The popularity of some of these blogs I think comes from people wanting to follow the “top” and not based on any valuable content.

You are totally right that Top 100 lists some total crap blogs.

There are millions of newbies looking for honest, step-by-step usable information and not very many blogs that provide it and in my opinion that leaves the niche wide-open.

As far as making money, it is possible, I think it depends on the marketing. I only recommend and sell products I use and believe in and because of my overall blog content my readers trust me and I make money.

you should make decent amount of money first before you tell people how to make money.at least you make $ x,xxx then you can blog about MMO.in MMO it is the same information being repeated again and again..it getting sucks day by day.

if you put adsense in MMO blog are there people bothered to click it??

@emma, yeah actually bcoz the mmo suck nowadays, bloggers have to be creative to get an exposure…
@craig, thats what actually makes a blog stand for a long time.. those who blog just for money are impatient so you see their blog die after some months.
